Martha Grace Cottage has a bedroom with twin bed, full kitchen with smaller appliances, a large living room that opens to a porch with seating, and a full bathroom. This space is $100 per night.
Simplicitas is a studio apartment with a twin bed, desk and rocking chair, a kitchen with everything but an oven (it does have a toaster oven), full bathroom, and patio with seating. This space is $80 per night.
