This information is emailed to retreat leaders two months before your retreat.
When your group is booked into one of our buildings, you will be the only group using the space. Our buildings are small, and we never book more than one group at a time in each. The only shared space is the downstairs dining room - you may be sharing your meal time with another group on campus.

This form must be completed 30 days before your retreat. It contains information we need to help facilitate your stay with us. It includes space for setup information but feel free to send us more details by email.
Background Checks
Because of the grade school on campus, ALL guests must complete a simple background check. This takes just 1 minute to complete online (name, address, DOB) and simply checks names against the national sex offender registry – nothing more. The results of this background check will come to us. Please have your guests complete these 14 days ahead of your retreat.
If your group is clergy, teachers, or an organization that typically has background checks done for their job, let us know. Any guest who has completed a background check for us since 2024 does not have to complete another one.
